MVC with Rescue

~Station 71 along with Sussex County EMS medic 102 were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident around 2130 hours. Command 71 responded with Asst. Chief Jason Tharp and was provided report from EOC of a single vehicle accident with rollover possible entrapment. Command arrived on scene to find a vehicle on its side with one subject trapped in vehicle. Rescue 71 arrived and was provided task of cribbing the vehicle and extricating the subject. Engine 71-3 arrived on scene for additional man power, protection hand line for extrication operation and additional scene lighting.  Units operated on the fire scene for one hour for debris clean up and arrival of tow truck. Subject whom was trapped was transported to local hospital by EMS.
