MVC with entrapment vehicle over guard rail - Sussex Highway North of Concord Road

Station 71 was alerted at 13:07 along with Station's 87,81 and Wicomico Station 14 for a water rescue, vehicle in the water. 71 Command responding with 71-18 Chad Passwaters arrived on scene to find vehicle over a guard rail near the water. Command cancelled all dive units responding. Rescue 71 responding with Captain Lance Fleetwood was given the assignment to secure the vehicle with winch to help stabilize while rescue worker's from 71 and 87 could remove patient. Station 87 responded with Engine 87-2 with Assistant Chief Mark O'Bier and 87-4 with Captain Brad Taylor. Command ordered the shut down of Sussex Highway northbound land. Fire Police from Station 81 were dispathed to help with traffic control. Other responding units were B-71, 71-8, 71-10, EMS 200 and EMS 102, DSP.
