Car Fire with Exposures - Seaford Road

Station 71 was alerted for a Car Fire with exposures to a house. 71-Command with Chief Earl Chaffinch responded at 22:17. Engine 71-9 responded along with Engine Tanker 71-2 and Ambulance A-71. Command upon arrving on scene reported vehicle fully involved near a house. Command had Fire Police shut down Seaford Road at Easter Lane and Sussex Manor. Command advised first due engine to stop on the left side of the road due to fire possibly spreading to the trees next to the power lines. The fire was quickly brought under control and with all units returning at 22:52.
