Travel Trailer with Exposures - Sussex Highway South of Blades

Station 71 was alerted for a Vehicle Fire at 16:26 p.m. 71 Command responding with Assistant Chief Chad Passwaters arrived on scene to find a motor home fully involved with exposures to a second motor home. Engine Tanker 71-2 arrived on scene and began the initial attack, Engine 71-9 arrived as a water suppy unit. Fire crews found a kerosene heater inside the motor home. Ambulance A-71 arrived on scene, treated and tranpsorted on patient to hospital. Other units on scene were Medic 102, EMS 200 and Deputy Fire Marshal FM-11 and Delaware State Police.
