Trash fire upgraded to working building fire - Concord Road

Station 71 was alerted at 14:44 for a trash fire. 71 Command responded with Assistant Chief Chad Passwaters, 71-17, upon arrival the alarm was upgraded to a working structure fire. Station 87 and Station 81 were alerted to assist. Engine 71-9 with Chief Earl Chaffinch responded along with Engine Tanker 71-2 with Assistant Chief Bill Hurlock. Medic 102 was also dispatched to the scene. Deputy Fire Marshall FM-16 and DNREC were requested to respond to the scene.
