MVC Car vs Tractor Trailer with Heavy Entrapment - Bethel Concord Road

Station 71 was alerted at 22:14 for an MVC involving a car and tractor trailer. 71 Command responded with Assistant Chief Chad Passwaters, upon arriving on scene Command advised of car under tractor trailer with heavy entrapment. Ambulance B-71 arrived on scene. Command advised Fire Police to shut down Bethel Corcord road from both directions. Rescue 71 responded and arrived on scene and started rescue operations. Engine 71-9 upon arriving on scene Command advised to blocked the road and set up lights. Delaware Trooper 2 responded to the scene from Georgetown. Command requested assistance from Station 81 Laure, Tower 81 responded to provide additional rescue equipment. Station 87 was requested by Command to provide additional Engine Company support.  Responding units were 71-Command, Ambulance B-71, Ambulance A-71, Rescue 71, Engine 71-9, Medic unit 102, Medic unit EMS 200, Tower 81. Engine 87-2, Delaware State Police Trooper 2, DELDOT traffice control units.
