Motor Vehicle Accident

Station 71 was dispatched Sept-8-2014 for a motor vehicle accident. Command 71 went responding with Chief Engineer Earl Chaffinch. Command was advised by EOC, single vehicle accident with possibility of wires down and a damage utility pole. Command arrived on scene and found as reported by EOC. Rescue71 arrived and provided assistance to ambulance A71 with patient care and scene lighting. Command placed situation under control and held units until arrival of Del-Dot and DEC (Delaware Electric Co-op). Crews operated on scene nearly two hours.
