MVC With Rollover

Station 71 was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with Sussex County Paramedics. Command 71 with Chief Engineer Earl Chaffinch responded with report of one vehicle on its side with possible entrapment. Command and ambulance arrived to find as report. Crews from Rescue 71 under direction of Assistant Chief Jason Tharp arrived and stabilized vehicle. Patients were handled by EMS, and fire units cleared roadway of debris and returned to station. Crews operated on scene for roughly 50 minutes.
