Passing of Life Member Robert Mullins

The Blades Volunteer Fire Company is sad to announce that Life Member, Robert Mullins, answered his last alarm on October 3, 2020.
Bob joined our company in September of 1952. He started his career as a firefighter. He served in that role for many years.
Bob also served our company as a fire police officer and as our company fire recorder. He was a fixture around our station on meeting nights. He, John Booth,and Norman Hastings used to all keep us straight on meeting nights.
His smile was infectious and will be deeply missed.
Rest in peace Bob.
