Hall Rental Suspension

At the Board of Directors meeting on November 10, 2020, the Blades Volunteer Fire Company decided to suspend the booking of any hall rentals that will take place during the months of January, February, and March of 2021. Given the current climb in the number of cases of COVID 19 Virus and the uncertainty of what we will be allowed to offer, the decision was made in the interest of public safety.
We will revisit the situation at our meeting in March of 2021 to determine a path forward. We will book events for April and beyond, but it must be clearly understood that we are obligated to comply with any and all State of Delaware requirements to protect everyone's safety. We can not guarantee that we wouldn't have to modify or even cancel any events booked for April and beyond.
