Hall rental Bookings to resume in May

Blades Volunteer Fire Company has been given approval by DPH to begin holding rentals/events inside our banquet facility for groups of up to 125 persons. We will begin to open our booking calendar May, 2021. It should be noted for potential renters that we are mandated to follow strict guidelines set forth by the Department of Public Health, and we are at the mercy of the DPH if conditions worsen with COVID19 and may have to cancel scheduled events. We are attaching our hall rental price list for your convenience. Please call the hall rental cell phone @ 302-519-2805 and leave a voice mail for fastest response. Please note that as we are a volunteer organization, we may not answer this phone during the daylight work hours and will not be calling back until evening or weekends. 


Hall Rental Prices for Blades Volunteer Fire Company for 2021


Security Deposit: $200 


Hall Rental: $700 (includes 4-hour rental and 4 hours of setup time) All events must be complete by Midnight(12AM)

Additional Rental Time: $100 per hour

Additional Setup Time: $50 per hour

Bar Setup Fee: $100 (no outside alcohol is permitted)

Drop screen projectors: $100
