BVFC Responded for a report of Wires Arching in the area of Seaford Road and O'Neals Road. Units arrived to find a tree branch had broke off the near by tree falling on the primary power lines. The branch in which fell was burning on the power lines. Delmarva Power was requested to handle the incident.
