The Blades Volunteer Fire Company is proud to offer our Banquet Hall for rent to the public. Located on the West end of the Fire Hall it provides approximately 5300 square feet of available indoor space with ample parking provided for easy access to the building. Our Banquet Hall has a maximum capacity of 300 persons. Our Banquet Hall is also equipped with two drop screen projectors , a public address system, and a full service bar for an additional fee.

The Banquet Hall, as in all public facilities, is a smoke free facility. Outdoor smoking is permitted with approved smoking containers provided. Our Banquet Hall has been used for many different types of functions, such as Wedding Receptions, Banquets, Business Meetings, Birthday Parties and Public Auctions. The Banquet Hall is available for weekday and weekend rentals.

Hall Rental Prices for Blades Volunteer Fire Company for 2026

Security Deposit: $200

Hall Rental: $800 (includes 4-hour rental and 4 hours of setup time) All events must be complete by Midnight(12AM)

Additional Rental Time: $100 per hour

Additional Setup Time: $50 per hour

Bar Setup Fee: $200 (no outside alcohol is permitted)

Drop screen projectors: $100

Deposit will be refunded once event has concluded and hall is cleaned and inspected.
